Certona, on our website, only collects information you provide in association with a demo, whitepaper or contact request. The information from those forms includes name, title, company, email, phone number and any information included in the message box provided. If we are contacted by email, we will collect all the information included within and attached to the email. 

We use the information you provide us with to give you the service requested and to offer you additional information, opportunities and functionality.

Certona also collects information via your use of our clients’ websites. The information we gather from our clients’ websites includes products viewed, products purchased, how much you have spent, email address and your opt-in/out preference. We do not receive nor gather information regarding your credit card, your name, address or phone number.

The information gathered from our client’s websites is used to help personalize your experience on their sites, giving you relevant and personal product recommendations.
